2. The production process is transparent, and it can provide relevant production materials and information to customers at any time, provide customers with real and reliable production plan and update the latest status table in time, so as to facilitate customers to master the production process.

 

3. When the equipment is delivered, provide the customer with the knowledge, relevant requirements and strategies for the normal use and daily maintenance of the equipment. Hand over complete equipment information to facilitate customer specifications and equipment maintenance.

 

4. In case of equipment failure within the life cycle of the equipment, our company promises to:

 

A) timeliness: if it is necessary to go to the site to solve the problem within 4h after receiving the notice from the tenderer and giving a clear reply, our company promises to dispatch personnel within 48h (except special circumstances such as legal holidays).

 

B) impartiality: during equipment maintenance, the customer shall be proactively informed of the following contents: fault analysis and positioning, reasonable explanation of fault causes, necessity of replacing components, reasonable charges, standard service contents, etc.

 

C) effectiveness: our company guarantees the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance, guarantees the timely troubleshooting of faults, and guarantees the quality of each maintenance.
