Well, we just made it home from our whirlwind Christmas and I think I’ll get my post up just in time to still make the Wednesday “deadline”. As we sat in the car for hours upon hours today, it made me think of all the people who travel on a regular basis. I do love to see new places, and I love the idea of traveling, but I don’t get to go as often as I’d like. A few places that I have visited include Colorado Springs, CO.
Oahu, and Volcano National Park, Hawaii
Albequerque, Santa Fe, and Grants, New Mexico
Anchorage, Alaska
And I’ve lived in Michigan, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Kansas, Washington State, and Illinois.
How about you? Where have you traveled?
Love the pictures!! I have been very fortunate in my life. After college I moved around the states and worked while seeing our beautiful country, I have been to 43 continental states. I lived in the Florida Keys, coastal Maine, Portland OR and Lake Tahoe, NV/CA. Then I met my Polish husband and have been able to travel Europe. The Polish Baltic coast, Krakow, and all points in between. We drove accross Europe before our wedding and stayed in Germany, Belgium, Luxumburg and London England. After our wedding we drove to Croatia and with two other couples sailed the Dalmation coast from Zagreb in the north to Dubrovnik in the south. We stayed in Hungary on our way there in a town full of natural mineral pools. I was fortunate enough to be taken to a spa in Slovakia and most recently we went to the Turkish Mediterranean coast!! I have so many places still left on my list and am still holding out for a trip with my hubby to Prague.
Wow! You are fortunate! What a wealth of great experiences Danielle. I have never been anywhere that required a passport, but there are many places still on my list as well. Thanks for the comment, and Happy New Year!
We’ve been lots of places we might never have gone because you lived there! We’ve also gotten to see the England, Ireland and Scotland–loved it & would go back in a minute! I’ve been to Canada a few times, Dad went places in the army I didn’t go-Korea for one! We just went Yosemite last spring– beautiful! We have a list of future trips to do! (Glad you’re home safe!)
