Foodie Friday- Recipe for Garlic Alfredo Sauce

Have you been practicing those homemade noodles? I hope so, because now it’s time to top them with the best Alfredo sauce I have ever eaten.

You will need: 1/2 c. sweet butter, 2 garlic cloves- minced, 2 c heavy cream, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese, 3/4 c grated mozzarella cheese.

1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan

2. Add garlic, cream, and white pepper. Bring the mixture to simmer, stirring often.

3. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

4. Slowly add the mozzarella cheese and stir constantly until the mixture is smooth.

Serve over homemade noodles, and try to share.

The only difficulty I’ve found with this recipe is that sometimes it turns out perfectly, other times a bit clumpy. I’m sure it’s my error, so I’d like to hear from you.

Have you ever tried to make Alfredo sauce? Do you have any tips for a perfect turnout every time?
